Responsible for managing a two million dollar advertising budget for fifty-five properties as well as development of promotional campaigns for the Apple Health Clubs through out Manhattan owned by the parent company, Thurcon Properties, Ltd. Responsible for negotiating advertising contracts, press releases, scheduled photo shoots, managed and coordinated signage, print buying, purchased promotional items to coincide with implemented promotional campaigns.
• Thurcon Promotions was conceived and developed with a goal of maximizing the advertising dollar, by saving more than 50% of the ad budget it enabled us to expand on promotional campaigns which created more name recognition and increased growth.
• Developed marketing strategies that established an operating schedule that worked nine months in advance. Allowing for better efficiency and communication between offices for clearer analysis and execution of the campaign/advertising budget. Freelance Fashion Designer 1977 – 1979
