I am confident, competent, intelligent, and experienced in many aspects of the modern building and manufacturing trades. I learn quickly by observation and inquiree. I have a quick wit, and ability to see the bigger picture. I know how to take direction, and occasionally give it when needed. When to listen and learn, or burrow my brow, nod my head, & get to work. How to subtly or directly suggest and/or demonstrate what needs to be done when working with others that lack the foresight to see the steps to an objective. How to set the pace, and reach almost all production goals.. I work well with others, treat everyone with respect, and I appreciate the comradery, & satisfaction of team building, and a good hard day of work.

● Building trades

I have the strength, ability, & know how of various techniques, procedures, & experience in many of the modern building, & manufacturing trades.,I have been on several demolition/addition, new construction, and renovation job sites. I know how to bang walls, corner posts, channels, and headers. I can install floor joist, roof rafters, or trusses. I am well versed in sheathing, bracing, backing, & some conventional framing. 2

● Manufacturing trades

I am capable of operating many basic computer programs, and have an uncanny ability in learning the basic functions of CNC machinist programs well enough to competently operate, and make any necessary adjustments on my own. I have worked shipping & receiving, and many of the areas in the manufacturing process. I have operated Presses, Broaches, and Davenport Screw Machines, I operated CNC mills, CNC Dual Basket Applicators, and CNC Bake Ovens. I have performed QC checks, filled out production reports, and maintenance logs.

● Heavy Equipment Safety & operations

I have also participated in a lot of safety courses for operating and being around the operation of Heavy Equipment. I also have the ability to operate A HiLo, a Stand Up Forklift, or even an automated Pallet Jack. I can also use other Heavy Equipment with some, but less experience than the other machines previously mentioned. I know their basic functions, purposes, and controls. Employment History

● CNC Machine/HiLo Operator, Cadon Plating,& Coating Wyandotte, Michigan 07/2018 - 01/2022

I was responsible for primarily operating a CNC dual basket applicator, conveyer, & bake oven. Along with continuous daily use of a HiLo. I used the HiLo for rapid stacking and unstacking of various types of tubs, and containers to keep the machine fed with supplies. Moving large stacks of full, & empty tubs to, & from multiple storage & staging areas. Using the HiLo to load/unload these containers into a dumper on the machine. Using various CNC based machines to clean, coat, paint, & plate small, medium, & large fasteners, along with other products to prevent the adherence of oils, the decimation of corrosion, & the destruction that comes from rust. I had to clean all debris & oil out of empty tubs to line with paper and/or plastic for returning the finished product to the customer accompanied with all necessary paperwork. All jobs and production work was to the customer's Q.C. standards determined primarily by their company. I had to operate and input information in various machine computers, make adjustments, and determine what adjustments needed to be made. I was also responsible to mix Industrial Strength Chemicals, Thinners, Dye, & Paint, along with other liquid, and non liquid additives used in the cleaning, painting, coating, & plating of any, and all fasteners, and other customer products. I had to keep daily production, & maintenance logs with various production goals, & numbers, preventive maintenance performed, Downtime for breakdowns, and repairs,& all of the above information. Along with the who, what, when, and where repairs were done by the actual maintenance crew. All quality control test, readings, & results along with all information above had to be on my production reports up to date within 2 hours from the present time. End of shift everyday I had to turn in all of my paperwork to 3

my foreman complete with all necessary information, & brief the operator relieving me. There was an almost overwhelming, (and in my opinion) ridiculous amount of paperwork that was done at this job. I was also responsible for minor preventative maintenance duties throughout every shift that would get done regularly during downtime. Breakdowns, & sometimes if I had a helper it would be done while I was testing, & changing the applicant being used by the machine. My responsibilities also included cleaning up my work area at the end of the day as well. Unfortunately the pandemic and my health combined to assist me in missing an unnecessary amount of time from work last year. I made mistakes, and missed too much work last year. Eventually this unfortunately culminated in the disciplinary action of me losing my job. I have learned what I did wrong, and I have turned a corner with my health. I will not be having any more issues with my attendance in any possible future employment endeavors.

● Freight Shipping Technician, C.H.A.T. II

Romulus, Michigan 03/2017-05/2018

I was given the responsibility, & task to configure, and build wooden boxes around various items to be shipped as international freight on boats to other countries, and areas of the world. I boxed everything from Kitchen chairs, to hospital IV stands, & automobiles as international freight at my short time with this employer. I would configure what was needed to build a solid wooden base for the freight to sit on. Determine what scrap was to be used for internal bracing of the product that I would attach to that base. And gather any additional lumber that was needed to build a durable box that would be essentially attached to the base. From there I would then build the base, stand & brace the product, then frame and sheath a rather simple box, & fasten it to the base using manual, numatic, and electric tools. All freight boxes were required to possess the strength to endure international boat shipping. I would then strap and clamp these boxes around all sides multiple times with metal straps and metal clamps. I then used spray paint, and markers to write all necessary & pertinent information on what was considered the front and back left handed upper corner of the freight.I would also place all the assigned paperwork that went with products shipping in plastic bags that I glued to the freight box. I then would use various size hilo's, or a telehandler, to move any, and all freight to, and from a staging area where it was determined if that freight was going to storage, or shipping, and receiving. We would then load, & unload flatbed & box trailers with outgoing/incoming freight daily. All paperwork and production reports had to be filled out daily then turned in to the shop foreman end of shift. All and all I was quite enjoying my employment with chat but due to unreliable transportation I eventually resigned my position.

● Carpenter/ Heavy Equipment Operator, O'Meara Construction Wyandotte, Michigan 05/1998-11/2016

This job was my trade school. I learned so much from all the people I met while working for this incredibly large construction company and I was devastated to watch this company die. I was responsible for assisting my boss in almost all phases of remodeling, & construction of various residential homes, commercial buildings, and government offices. I received, signed, and took delivery of all construction supplies on job sites. From unloading trucks to making sure thing were put in their proper place. I also operated all the heavy equipment owned, & rented by the company to grade, & level for footings, slabs, and foundations. Along with digging trenches for rat walls, electrical conduit, and drains for plumbing. I read prints, pulled layout for floor joist, interior/exterior walls, and trusses. I banged various exterior & interior walls together. Sheathed decks and roofs, measured, cut, & installed various forms of siding. I built additions, remodeled kitchens & bathrooms, laid tile, installed flooring, and renovated residential, & commercial properties with fire and/or water damage. Some days I went from job site to job site doing a small punch list that involved fire caulking, drywall backing, & fixing small to large issues spotted by engineers, architects, & inspectors, alongside, or independent of my boss. Or my boss found it. I did demo work, rough framing, insulation, installed drywall, pulled electrical, fastened, & cut metal 4

studs. I even assembled & installed ceiling fans. I did the things that my boss needed done correctly. I also fixed mistakes, and or issues that needed to be fixed for, or because of incopempetent, or unwilling sub contractors. Some days were spent at a work bench with a chop saw, wearing carpenters pouches. Other days I spent the majority of my time in the car driving to different job sites. One day I could be running an excavator digging, or on a telehandler setting trusses. Another day, I may be crawling through an attic putting in cat walk & fire block along with addressing several other issues on a punch list so we could call a job done, and get our last draw. I worked for Mr. O'Meara as his assistant for most of my life until he passed away, and his widow could no longer run the business. God rest his soul.
