Authored the project Quality Control Plan for the JFK High School Addition Project for Montgomery County Public School (MCPS). Implement the three phase Quality Control Programed as enforced by ACOE/NAVFAC Construction Quality Management Principles.

The project includes the construction of Gravity Retaining Walls to facilitate the expansion of the school Foot- print. Extensive Demolition, Utility Replacement, Architectural Enhancements, Historical Conservation, Restoration, and major Structural Modification is required to achieve design intent.
