Purchasing, Storekeeper, Receiving
Received Purchase Order, Source Vendor, Gathering Quotation to be compare, Making PO, Approval General Manager, Responsible for administration report such as Daily Flash report, Summary Report, COGS, Controlling Department Cost and F&B Cost.
Receiving Parts / Items, unpacking on Receiving Area & Table, Cross check with Purchase Report, Check Detail for the QC while it received, labeling for newest Items, Search by system to find the store, Placed the newest items behind the oldest Items, submitted to system, Conduct Physical Inventory by date Schedule (mostly every end of month)
Update Purchase Price every day, to adjust the F&B Selling price, Be sure all the Purchase COGS not more than 30 to 35% from the GOP
Food Service Supervisor
Lead Service Staff, conduct training, Update Information, Lead Briefing, Responsible to make sure all staff are attending the shift with well groom and good personal hygiene
Responsible to training and giving information to team every product ingredient knowledge, so restaurant will avoid from customer complain and it will be helpful for customer who had allergic.
