Perishable Cold Storage

Handling, receiving, dispatch and issuing of various types of perishable goods and food related products to restaurant outlets throughout the hotel as and when required.

Ensure food products ordered are received in good condition, like quantity and quality checking manufactured, expiry dates, sorting, distributing, and put into temperature controlled storage, separate spoiled, soiled and damaged items along with preparing relevant reports to concerned department head supervisors and management.

Once goods inspection completed, same is issued with cold and freezer storage identity markings, tagged and data updated into inventory system.

Hotel Asset Stores & Inventory

Checking all goods delivered by vendors to hotel, like cutlery, crockery, silverware, cooking ware, hotel and room and various outlets furniture, electrical and gas cooking machinery appliances, fittings and maintenance related accessories.

Similar inventory stock taking and reporting practice carried out as above.
