Professional accompanist with solid rhythmic skills to support the choir, soloists and ensembles.Knowledge of standard organ repertoire and ability to perform a wide range of musical styles.I am able to sight-read open-score, accompaniments and hymns.I have a Background in and understanding of church music and liturgy in the Reformed/Presbyterian tradition.

On Saturdays I work as a part-time Music Director/Organist. I set up a plan, implement, and supervise the music activities of the church under the direction of the pastor. 10-15 hours per week is my contract. I coordinate the music programs of the church, serve as the adult choir director, coordinate music and drama programs with the children and youth as directed, and coordinate the services of guest musicians and accompanist in consultation with the pastor and worship committee. I am accountable to the Pastor and the Parish Relations Committee.

Duties and Responsibilities: I work with the pastor and worship committee to develop programs that carry on the rich musical history of this church.I direct the adult choir and other musical ensembles, including warm-up sessions prior to worship service.I perform other duties as assigned.
