RN Supervisor was responsible for completing RN assessments (Quarterly assessments mandated by Medicaid/Medicare/ private insurances), MDS RN assessments with signatures. On-Call rotations for the weekends and as needed. (Restorative RN Manager) Required meeting with the restorative aides (techs.) and the Therapy Department (Physical, Speech and Occupational therapist) weekly and reviewing the restorative caseload for effectiveness of the treatment regimen. Assuring proper and adequate documentation and performed the RN assessment. Reviewing of the therapy orders and signing off on the treatment with the physicians and therapist review.
