MAIN DUTIES:

● Coordination, meetings with all stake holders related to project (Consultant Engineers as well as suppliers) to finish all site works.

● Design and Supervision of all electrical systems on the site which includes material calculations, controlling electrical team project, lighting, small power cabling and sockets installation, street light, high mast light, UPS,IP telephone and data system cabling, sound system, Audio and video projector system, fire alarm system cabling devices installation and interfacing with AC,pulling and laying and termination of all steel power armor cables,DB and SMDB MDB termination and AC necessary cabling.

To ensure that all key site events are recorded, with all acceptance and any changes recorded and managed in the appropriate commercial manner.

To co-ordinate the interface between the company the customer and any associated sub-contractors who are involved in the site phase.

To ensure the site is pre-established, allocate and supervise site personnel and ensure that best working practice is maintained.

To establish and maintain appropriate systems for control and movement of all key site documentation and materials to ensure all 'as commissioned' documents; drawings, software etc are prepared and distributed and ensure a high degree of H&S integrity is maintained. Follow all guidelines where applicable.

To attend formal Site meetings with Client.

To initiate the standards and review the forward planning of maintenance activities to ensure adequate manpower loading & effective use of shutdown availability. Projects Executed – Brief Description

■March 2021- employed in Mass advanced consultant (Senior Electrical Design Engineer) . Responsible for Designing and managing electrical engineers team.Projects are allocated in United arab emirates and Saudia arabia,electrical design including lighting,small power,cabling,electrical panels, load schedules,single line diagram and low current systems (cctv,smatv,access control,bms,intercom,fire alarm and voice evacuation) for variety of projects towers,factories,hotels,substations,hospitals,villas….

■August 2018- employed in Ghantoot group (Electrical Design manager) for 22 floors high rise building in Abu Dhabi. Designing all electrical systems for the project lighting,small power,cabling,electrical panels, load schedules,single line diagram and low current systems

(cctv,smatv,access control,bms,intercom,fire alarm and voice evacuation) for chiller area, pumps rooms, and substations.

■June 2015- employed in Ghantoot group (Electrical Design manager) up to August2018 for HH sheikh mansoor Al Wathba 5 stars Hotel Resort project . Designing all electrical systems for the project which consists of villas, buildings, talise spa, utility building, restaurants, plant rooms, chiller area, pumps rooms, landscaping, desert camp and substations.

■June 2014- employed in AL Husam general contracting (Senior Electrical Design Engineer ) for Esnaad project oil and gas (ADNOC GROUP) .Designing all electrical systems related to the project which consists of ZADCO ware houses, rest rooms, chemical stores,30 meters high mast light, generator Rm, substations (dry type transformer,LV Room and MV panel) as well as PLC Room for interfacing and controlling fire alarm system, firefighting AC,LV panel breakers, ATS panel .

■November 2013 employed in AL Husam general contracting (Senior Electrical Design Engineer) for high rise building Al GAITH tower Abu Dhabi Hamdan street with Arab consultant .The project consist of 23 floors including 1 basement, Plant rooms, lift room, pumps room, offices, flats, water tanks, and chillers above roof area.

■ November 2012 employed in AL Husam general contracting (Senior Electrical Design Engineer) designing all electrical systems for ware houses and logistics park phase 1a for Abu Dhabi international airport for lv switch gears, smdb’s, fdb’s, cable trays erection, firefighting pumps, lighting, lightning, small power, fire alarm, it cabling, firefighting systems and termination, cctv, earthing, barriers, slidding gates, motorized gate.

■ October 2011employed in AL HUSAM GROUP (Senior Electrical Design Engineer) for 100mwatt solar power station.

Activities carried on: termination for lv, mv, mcc switch gears, transformers, ups, dc system, cable trays erection, pumps, vfd, lighting, lightning, earthing.

● Coordination and meetings with TAKREER Engineers and suppliers to finish all site works.

,telephone and data system,fire alarm,pulling and laying and termination of lead power armor cable,50 pair outdoor cat 3 cable DB termination and AC necessary cabling pulling and laying 8 pair fiber optic necessary for fire alarm networking as per TAKREER standards.
