• As Executive Director of USASTF, Raised more than $1.3M in event and auction proceeds during tenure. Managed portfolio of 35 corporate partners and sponsors generating over $500K annually. Initiated major gift program—Champions Circle—and secured $300K in commitments in first year. Raised $530K in grants for capital improvements and program funding.
• Led all fundraising efforts for the Wild Sheep Foundation as Executive Vice President of Development, including execution of a $25M capital campaign that enlisted commitments of $18.4M by its fourth year and generated $4.2M in donations during tenure. • Created the fundraising infrastructure for the Dallas Safari Club Foundation: established a donor recognition program, converted donor database from DonorPerfect to Salesforce, and integrated WealthEngine and Geopointe mapping for targeted donor prospecting and tracking, and implemented Cresendo Integrated Marketing for Planned Gifts.
• Established a major gift fundraising campaign for the Mule Deer Foundation, designing the program and serving as frontline fundraiser and campaign manager for the initiative. Campaign generated $375K in donations in 15 months.

• Held P&L responsibilities as Executive Director of USA Shooting Team Foundation. Developed budget and forecast net revenue available to support USA Shooting.

MARKETING AND SALES
• As USA Shooting’s Director of Marketing, oversaw brand management and created and implemented strategies for corporate sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and licensing opportunities, turning department into a profit center by increasing revenue $25K in the first year.
• Recruited Olympians and Team Members to represent USA Shooting at industry events, developed “Inside USA Shooting” TV series for the Outdoor Channel, and created marketing campaigns in partnership with corporate sponsors.
• Hired marketing staff and recruited volunteers to represent USA Shooting at 20 annual industry trade shows and events, while building strong relationships with key industry executives.
• As Southeast Region Sales Manager for American Bio Medica Corporation, exceeded annual sales quota through account retention and increased new business with national accounts. Led corporate rebranding initiative and development of new products based on customer preference and market opportunities.
• Led all Sales Account Executives at Quest Diagnostics with double-digit year-over-year growth by adding more than 30 Division I universities, international accounts in seven countries, and key accounts such as Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, and Women’s National Basketball Association.
• As Sales Manager at SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, played key role in securing contracts with 1994 Goodwill Games and 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, the first commercial laboratory to conduct anti- doping testing for the Games.
