CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

A versatile Construction Manager with extensive experience in scheduling, budgeting and supervising large-scale projects to completion while reducing expenses and increasing efficiency. Managed facilities construction projects in order to ensure that work was completed in strict accordance with contract documents and project requirements

Created schedules for various projects and oversaw to ensure contractors met all schedule deadlines and requirements

Coordinated with consultants to ensure plans, designs, and specifications met established Salt Lake City guidelines and project requirements

Afforded direction and training for various airport maintenance department employees and tenant supervisors

Implemented a new waterproofing method for the concourse restaurants, successfully eliminating 85% of the water leaks

Met four-week deadline to complete re-designed building facade, completing project at less than half of estimated cost

Avoided $100,000 in costs and two weeks of project delays by researching and presenting evidence to reverse a building inspector's decision
