• Implemented Organic Cotton Project in four districts for each donor
(international & domestic) that spreads across 1000+ acres of land.
• Recruited and supervised a team of 6 members, assigned them tasks that operationalized 4 project sites in producing organic cotton.
• Imparted the training of master trainers on implementing organic farming that converted 90% non-organic land to organic.
• Monitored the project sites and field staff through field visits to ensure pre- and post-harvest data collection that computed 70% project impact on converting to organic farming.
• Analysed large dataset of all farmers and their holdings on SPSS and MS Excel and presented the visuals to M&E and donors on project performance.
