PLEASE READ BEFORE ENROLLING.
As part of our goal to ensure that we deliver adequate information for you to effectively manage your account in a manner that is convenient for you, you may agree to receive communications from us electronically instead of in writing (or on paper). In order to agree to receive communications electronically, we need you to review and consent to the terms below.
Scope of Consent
Your consent will authorize First PREMIER Bank and its servicer, PREMIER Bankcard, to provide all disclosures associated with your account to you electronically instead of in writing. This may include, but is not limited to, your monthly billing statements, including any disclosures provided with your monthly billing statements, annual Privacy Notice, Change in Terms Notifications, adverse action notices, delinquency notifications, Direct Dispute Notifications, and any other communication related to your account (“Communications”). We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communication in paper, even if you have chosen to receive it electronically. Electronic Delivery
If you consent, all Communications regarding your account will be delivered to you when we make them available at www.mypremiercreditcard.com. We may also send an email notification to your email address on file when your monthly billing statement, annual Privacy Notice, Change in Terms Notifications, or any other communication is available for viewing on www.mypremiercreditcard.com. If you enroll in electronic delivery of these disclosures, we will not be required to mail paper (written) versions to you for the enrolled account. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access our website you must have:
an active email address,
a computer and an operating system capable of supporting an Internet browsers we support Technical Requirements, an active account with an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and a printer if you wish to print and retain paper copies of Communications.
You are solely responsible for the equipment (including, your personal computer and software) you use to access
www.mypremiercreditcard.com services. We are not responsible for errors or delays or your inability to access the services caused by your equipment. We are not responsible for the cost of upgrading your equipment to stay current with the services nor are we responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage to your equipment or the data resident thereon. We do not warrant nor will we be responsible for any errors or failures from the malfunction or failure of your equipment. Changes to Equipment and Software Requirements
We will notify you if we change the equipment or software required for you to access any Communications. Continuing to receive electronic Communications after receiving notification of such a change indicates your agreement to continue receiving Communications electronically.
Paper Copy of Disclosures
You may also request a paper copy of any electronic Communication by writing us at First PREMIER Bank, PO Box 5524, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524 or by calling us at 1-800- 987-5521. Fees may apply to requests for paper copies except where prohibited by applicable law – please refer to your Credit Card Contract and Account Opening
Disclosures. Communications will be available for a maximum of three months online and can either be downloaded and saved to your personal equipment or can be printed and retained. If you do not wish to receive Communications electronically, do not click Accept below, and we will continue to provide you with a paper copy at no charge.
Withdrawing Consent to Electronic Delivery
You can, at any time, withdraw your consent to electronic delivery of Communications by logging into your account at www.mypremiercreditcard.com, clicking on Statements or Letters, and changing your delivery preferences or within our mobile application. If you withdraw your consent, paper copies will resume and will be mailed to your mailing address on record.
Email Address and Updated Contact Information
In order to notify you when an electronic Communication is available, we must have your current email address. It is your responsibility to notify us if you change your email address and we are not responsible if you do not receive this notification because you have failed to do so. You may change your email address and update your other contact information by going to www.mypremiercreditcard.com, within our mobile application, calling us at 1-800-***-**** or notify us in writing at First PREMIER Bank, PO Box 5524, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-5524. If you do not receive an email from us with respect to the availability of your monthly billing statement or any other communication and believe you should have, please visit www.mypremiercreditcard.com to verify your email address. If you use a spam filter, that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add
