Roles and responsibilities:
Transferred and moved to CJB1 which is the fulfillment center with multiple challenges. I was an internal team member.
· Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary
Focus on complete dock monitoring on daily bases with High integrity and efficiency
Have good on initiative investigation on incidents including reporting on mail or other sources and documented with findings
Respond promptly to radio check and keep accurate records of communication
Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrink reduction Metrix positively
Ability to work on various tools and perform trend analysis using data mining, monitoring and related analysis to detect pattern in dictation theft, fraud or abuse
Learning regularly upgrading skills and increase knowledge, successfully adapt to changing work, apply the lessons I’ve learnt from past experience to new situations
conducting fraud investigation, reporting and facilitation of root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of incidents and minimize the lose
