Synopsis:
During my many years of construction supervision, I have developed many skills and attributes that have helped me obtain my success. I have been responsible for all land development stages. I supervised construction of up to four million dollar custom homes. I have been responsible for all scheduling, paperwork, sub-contractor supervision and customer service. I developed excellent rapport with city engineers, architectural committees and city inspectors. I have also supervised numerous commercial building projects. During the last eighteen years, I have donated my time and labor to charitable organizations and terminally ill hospital patients.
Education:
Two and one-half years of college focusing on construction, blueprint and business classes towards a degree in business.
