Launched this ministry as first Executive Director. Responsibilities included fundraising, networking with existing support services, management, public relations, volunteer recruitment, future planning, and carrying out the policies of the Board of Directors. The 120 church-coalition housed 131 families in transitional housing, affordable apartments, affordable single homes, and single-family home ownership, and established a tutoring and camping program for 400 inner-city children, and addictions counseling.

Responsible for managing homeless shelter for 82 men, providing 600 meals per day, fundraising, public relations, addictions counseling and support groups, and carrying out the policies of the Board of Directors. Created a street ministry that took the mission out of the building and into the abandoned buildings and under the bridges.
