Responsible for leading the Corporate Construction Safety Department which covers construction, demolition, renovation and aesthetic upgrades to over 800 facilities, including more than 40 acute-care hospitals, ambulatory care clinics, medical office buildings, physician practices, long-term care facilities, and residential properties.

Areas of responsibility include but not limited to general safety, OSHA 1910 Standards, Construction Safety, OSHA 1926 Standards, Infection Prevention, The Joint Commission, TJC, NC Department of Health and Human Services, NCDHHR, and Center for Disease Control, CDC, standards.
