Title: Reduction of Pollution in Single Cylinder Diesel Engine Exhaust Using DEF Solution. Description:
This chapter focused on emissions gases from diesel vehicles and the trends in control technologies. The automotive engine provides more emission via exhaust gases.
The hot gases which generate from combustion of fuel passes through the exhaust system these gases have harmful content the main pollutants are NOX, CO, HC, and soot particles. Key Project
B.E Project Work experience:
Title: Enhance Thermal Efficiency In LPG Cooking Stove. Description:
The usage of liquefied petroleum gas is increasing day to day life. But the maximum thermal efficiency of the LPG cooking stove is rated by bureau of energy efficiency is 73% and the remaining efficiency are losses through radiation and conduction.
So we decide to reduce the thermal losses in LPG cooking stove by various techniques. In our investigation we design and fabricate the copper vessel to reduce the thermal losses through radiation and the same arrested by the copper vessel. The copper vessel is placed in between the burner and cooking vessel. In our investigation the efficiency and losses parameters are obtained by experimental techniques.
As a result of reducing the losses, efficiency tends to increase. By increasing the efficiency cooking time and amount of fuel usage is reduced. By our project may reduce the global warming by reducing the radiation heat. In addition that, our project may use for power generation from our experimental setup.

Manufacturing Fabrication of MS Pipes & Execution of MS PIPELINE LAYING MS 1200-600mm (Diameter) Main Transmission Pipeline with UT & RT test(NDT),MS Off- take Distribution pipeline with DPT test .Installation of Air valves,Scour valve, Isolation valves,Butter fly valves. MS & UPVC Pipe line Conducted pressure test of all diameter pipes on behalf of (Govt ) Project up to (45 pressure Bar Test)
Site execution & Monitoring.
Inspection of internal Cement mortar Lining works and External Guniting works .
Inspections such as Materials Marking, Fit-Up, Welding as per approval Quality Assurance Plan. (QAP).
Preparation and Approval of welding procedure specifications (WPS/PQR) and conducting Welder Performance Qualification (WPQ) tests as per Approved WPS.
Verification of Stage wise inspection documents of Equipment’s, Piping and Structure’s i.e., material verification, fit-up, welding, visual inspection, Heat treatment, NDE, sand blasting, painting, pipe wrapping coating, holiday testing as per approved QAP/ITP and drawings.
Executing In process stage inspection, visual inspection, NDT examination and Hydrostatic testing of field joints.
Verification and monitoring the Calibration records of measuring Instruments prior to use.
Preparation of Manufacturer’s Data Report, Final documentation and submission of QC Dossier to Client.
WPS, PQR, ITPs and review/approval of engineering drawings according to project specifications.
Supervising the U.T activities at project sites and reviewing the NDT test reports.
Inspecting the fabrication and installation of all welding / Mechanical Engineering components, suggesting points of correction as per standards and approving for their clearance along with client (pipe lines, flanges, DI pipes, DI fittings, valves and gates, etc.).
Ensuring the production quality (fit up & welding) by continuously monitoring and work of foremen and workforce.
Conducting Welder performance testing for newly joined welders at project sites. Inspection Responsibilities taken up:
