The business currently has 6 successful locations in Panama City Beach and is expanding to the Walton County, 30A market. Directly responsible for sales, business development, marketing, and operations of the 30A location. Generated over $350,000 in sales in 6 months. Achieved record sales goal of all stores bringing in $12k in one day.

Keenan’s Kids Foundation: Santa Rosa Beach, FL

August 2019 – Dec 2019: Executive Director

Responsible for finances, funding, operations and management of 501(c)(3) non-profit organization benefiting children in need. Projects include the Murphy Home in Atlanta, GA where 23 orphan children with down syndrome call home. This unique philanthropic project is the is the vision of esteemed attorney Don C. Keenan who wanted to find a home for these children who would otherwise be lost in the government system. The home provides computer equipment, exercise equipment, indoor and outdoor activities and other special needs for the current 23 orphans. Additional duties include management and support of the funding arm of the non-profit, The Keenan Institute, a law school dedicated to teaching up and coming lawyers the exclusive techniques of Don C. Keenan with offices in Atlanta, GA and Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

Royal Destinations: Santa Rosa Beach, FL

March 2018-May 2019: Home Liaison

Responsible for building relationships with affluent homeowners along 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Successfully managed 20 homes helping bring in significant rental revenue to homeowners and the property management company. Managed revenue strategies for each home on a weekly basis and communicated closely with homeowners to ensure their million $ plus investments were performing well. Children’s Volunteer Health Network (CVHN): Santa Rosa Beach, FL June 2010-January 2018: Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for finances, fundraising, operations, and management of 501(c)(3) faith-based non-profit organization benefiting uninsured and underinsured children. Managed budget in excess of $900,000. Responsible for grant writing, event planning and execution, donor & community relationships, management of volunteers, volunteer provider relationships, speaking to community groups and all aspects non-profit management. Led a volunteer Board of Directors and multiple committees within the organization. Directly responsible for management of Mobile Dental Clinic Program (two-chair mobile dental bus), CVHN Dental Clinic (three chair dental office) and Health Care Referral Programs which all provide free health services for children. These programs have helped more than 15,000 unduplicated children and have provided over $6 million in free, immediate health care services to the community. Successfully secured multiple grants, one of which allowed CVHN to renovate an existing building and open a three chair dental office in Santa Rosa Beach that is free for uninsured kids. Managed the build out process and startup of the CVHN Dental Clinic. Completed construction under budget and successfully added this important program to CVHN’s services. The Dental Clinic Program alone has provided a dental home for more than 7,000 local uninsured children. Personally secured grants and large donations exceeding $3.5 million since June 2010. Successfully reached fundraising/budget goal of $600,000-900,000 8 years in a row. Along with success and growth in numbers, efficiently turned a “mom and pop” start up non profit into a flourishing, business structured organization while instilling strong core values of faith, transparency, hard work, hope, and excellence amongst the staff, board of directors and volunteer base. CVHN is now one of the most impactful organizations in the panhandle of Florida. Coastal Bank & Trust; Destin, FL

June 2008-May 2010: Commercial Banker, Assistant Vice President Responsible for managing commercial relationships as well as large consumer relationships. Directly responsible for underwriting and management of commercial loans. Managed loan and deposit portfolio of

$55 million. Also responsible for generating new deposits, financial management services, and referring other bank products and services. Business development activities include meeting with existing customers and new prospects to grow relationships and increase business. While in this position, chosen to participate on a team that would manage non-performing assets or troubled loans for the bank. November 2005-June 2008: Branch Manager, Bank Officer Destin Midbay Branch Promoted to this larger branch to turn around productivity of team and increase branch revenues. Directly responsible for management and growth of branch as well as development and productivity of team members. Managed a team of seven employees. Managed a deposit portfolio of approximately $80 million and a loan portfolio of approximately $8 million. While working in Branch Manager position, also trained with Senior Commercial Lender and handled several large commercial loans. This training consisted of underwriting the loans, presenting them to the bank’s finance committee and closing the loans. October 2004-November 2005: Branch Manager Destin Main Street Branch Promoted to this branch to turn around productivity of team and increase branch revenues by growing portfolio. Managed a deposit portfolio of approximately $10 million and a loan portfolio of approximately $2 million. Grew deposit portfolio to approximately $14 million

Responsible for coaching team members and ensuring they achieved individual sales and development goals. Successfully trained and began to individually handle the underwriting process and closing of consumer loans. Spent time in back office operations, call center, teller, personal banker, loans, business development and branch management.
