The program involves modernizing existing legacy applications to the new platform while ensuring that the existing flows are retained and enhanced customer agent experience is delivered.

Role Description: As a Test Lead, was involved in overseeing test planning and execution for ‘2’ agile teams and was participating in the PI events. Standups with the testing team and with the squad are a daily activity. Was leading a team of ‘7’ resources at Offshore while working closely with the client leads to address daily test activities and escalations. Conducting working sessions with the development team and the business teams, Analyzing, debugging of defects, data mining, data conditioning and delivering requirement understanding sessions to the Offshore delivery teams are few of the activities that were conducted. Role Description: Was leading a team of 4 resources at the client location and successfully planned the test effort and estimates by having thorough discussion with the Business Analysts and the project team. Provided the test deliverables within the scheduled time frame and with no Critical\High defects turning up in Production. Won accolades\appreciation from the Client\Accenture management for successfully testing the project.

Description: As part of the Claim processing program, as number of enhancements were implemented every release. Core test validations from each project used to be recorded using Hyperstation on Mainframe. Objective of the team is to ensure that the recorded regression tests across all projects are managed centrally and re-executed during the regression window. Parallel test executions on production code base are performed for results comparison and defect logging.

Role Description: As a tester objective was to ensure that the requirements from each project are clearly understood before the regression tests are executed and results are reported. Mainframe Batch and Online results validations are expected to be performed.
