As the Senior Human Intelligence Collection Supervisor assigned as the Operational Management Team during a nine-month deployment to Kuwait, upheld rigorous reporting standards and procedures resulting in the heightened awareness of Senior Leadership and enhanced host nation cooperation.

Developed screening techniques for other world nationals; managed the scheduling of over 20 Linguists covering 10 languages and dialects, without loss of mission readiness.

Selected above peers to lead intense HUMINT training for external units preparing to enter combat theatre of operations during three separate rotations, resulting in successful deployments for each trained unit.

Led a four-member HUMINT collection team conducting MSO during four-month deployment to Kandahar, Afghanistan, resulting in the successful reporting in excess of 80 information documents which through immediate dissemination created a successful impact within the Intelligence Community and directly contributed to the enhancement of security within an extremely volatile location.
