● Operational lead for Passover Events up to 1000 guests held at various 5 Star/Diamond venues. Duties include menu design, staffing, equipment, food procurement as well as rooming and on-site activities.

● Created individual home Passover model in 2021 to allow families to enjoy Glatt Kosher Passover during restrictions of Pandemic. Created a Commissary system, and individual kosher kitchens and staff in 20 private rental mansions.
