I have 9 years working experience all combined Uganda and USA whereby I have worked 5yrs in IT then 4 and half yrs. I have worked in quality environment in the USA
While in Uganda I worked as a computer lab attendant and a computer trainer for computer basics and some other related fields for 5 years.
I have worked in different quality fields in the USA for 4 and half years and I have seen myself be promoted from being a quality inspector to becoming team lead, auditor, assistant supervisor and supervisor

ARGUS Corporation / Rehill
I have worked with Argus corporation through Rehill since June 2019 to date which has given me a lot of knowledge, skills and quality experience in production, factory and automotive.
While at argus corporation I have worked as a quality member for the company whereby I have served in different capacities including:
Team lead
Here my responsibility was to lead a team of 10+ people in the quality department on my shift and I was supposed to provide solutions to the questions my team and production members had in regards to quality. Assigning my members which departments they should be working ln was also my role
As a team leader it was also my responsibility to train new hires so that they can meet the standards as per the job requirement.
Quality Auditor/asst quality supervisor
Here my job was to audit whatever quality team okayed and approved as what was meeting the company quality standards, another role was to supervise the members on my quality team and to watch whether production was following the guidelines as per the work instructions /guidelines needed. I was also responsible for writing an end of shift report to my boss and other company members explaining how the shift was, anything good or bad and any ideas for problem solving and improvement if there was any to be solved
Interim quality supervisor
Worked as a quality interim supervisor for my shift since I was more experienced on how the quality department was running and I did this from June 2022 –sept 2022 during this time I was in control of the whole quality department and supposed to present my reports to the heads of departments and plant managers every Monday during the meeting, in this position I was the one overseeing whatever quality was doing on my shift and I was responsible for everything and guiding the quality team members
AK TUBE December 2019
I worked at AK tube in December 2019 as a quality inspector and I was assigned duties of making sure whatever production was producing was meeting the quality standards a customer and company wants and write reports at the end of the shift then send them to the respective persons
2012-2017
While in Uganda I worked at two different training institutes or trade schools whereby I trained computer basics (Microsoft office) specifically and some other professional short certificate courses like computerized accounting. I worked for two institutions where by one I was a full time (institute of Advanced leadership-UG) and the other one I was a part time employee and at both places my role was to train different types of people from different profession and different organizations and people of different ages. My role was to avail them of knowledge and skills of whatever I knew and whatever they wanted to know from me.
