Responsibilities and Accomplishments.

Coordinate departmental activities, schedule work, assign projects, approve standardized work, and provide materials systems guidance for staff, to ensure that delivery performance and department goals for the plant are always met and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Lead daily management of lean manufacturing & continuous improvement efforts of the materials team & facility including the movement of materials, the standardizations of processes, & documentation of visual stream maps. Work with support staff to improve the administration of cycle counts, material flow, inventory levels, and inventory turns.
