Santa Fe County, Projects Division, Department Administrator- March 2010 -Present. Provide professional administrative support services in the areas of personnel, financial, fiscal and property management, monitors and evaluates performance of subordinates; provides staff training. Develops reporting procedures and other methods to establish accountability; plans, analyzes and recommends courses of action to management; Coordinates department memorandums and meetings; Maintains internal operating budget, monitors, tracks contracts for professional services and budgets utilizing EXCEL. Responsible for accounts payable for road and vertical construction Projects utilizing general obligation bonds, State appropriated grants, capital outlay and general fund monies.
