Order and review Preliminary Title Reports
Create Escrow Instructions in compliance with Contract of Sale
Create Housing of Urban Development (HUD-1) Settlement Statement to include all transactional closing costs, credits, debits and pro-rations
Prepare legal documentation for transfer of title and/or refinance, and/or release of liens
Record legal documents in compliance with Sale, Refinance and/or Acquisition
Hold and disburse documents and funds in connection with contract
