CREDIT MANAGER

Responsible for the credit approval process for new trade accounts with the goal of minimizing unmanageable debt and increase company revenue

oResearch and evaluate customers for new credit account approval

oDeveloped credit scoring for risk assessment

Create Housing of Urban Development (HUD-1) Settlement Statement to include all transactional closing costs, credits, debits and pro-rations

Prepare legal documentation for transfer of title and/or refinance, and/or release of liens

Record legal documents in compliance with Sale, Refinance and/or Acquisition

Hold and disburse documents and funds in connection with contract
