For the past 10 years I have facilitated process and quality Improvements and supported change management initiatives for dozens of client organizations and staff members of some of the largest brands, including Inditex, Decathlon, Triple-Marfel, Birkenstock, Nike, H&M, Adidas, or Clarks Shoes, in México, Brazil, China, India, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Romania, Germany2, France, England e Spain.

Throughout my international experience as a Quality & Process Improvement Engineer, I have successfully provided strong support and guidance to some of the largest brands and staff members across the world, while implementing efficient and innovative operational management and cost-cutting solutions to the complex issues facing my employers. In addition, I helped ensure that each company’s daily operational aspects were conducted in a highly professional manner and adhered to corporate standards, industry regulations, and professional ethics. I refine procedures to optimize workflow on a daily basis. By developing and instituting a comprehensive process management program, in my last project I played a pivotal role in reducing costs by 30% and increasing profitability by 25%.
