• Responsible for the Quality assurance activities in the plant which includes OQC. 7QC tools.

• To lead various continuous improvement activities like 5s, Reduce the Scrap, Train the operators …,

• Daily checking booth starting check point. Booth temperature, booth air velocity, booth balance, paint viscosity, paint temperature.

• Measurement and Inspection based on the MOSS standard 1. Moulded parts, Paint parts, Assay parts

2. Handling the special type instruments like: Dry Film Thickness, Spectra photo mender, Gloss Meter, Lux Meter, Amino Meter, Oven Data Paq SVARA ENGINEERING

• Ensure line balancing, cycle times and standard operating procedures are in place

• Manage first off build activities

• Creation and control of PCM’s

• Oversee product builds, note and resolve all process issues
