Project Engineer

Managed the Department. Led effort to expand and further develop the Plant Preventative Maintenance program, including a Predictive Maintenance program. Led Plant effort to reduce unplanned equipment downtime. Evaluation of Maintenance personnel and development of training programs to increase their skill level. Led all Engineering projects, ranging from large Capital Appropriation Projects to production troubleshooting. Conducted RCFAs and other investigations to determine equipment and process improvements to improve efficiency and/or reduce costs. Responsible for managing the Department and project budgets. Department of 16 hourly and 3 salary employees.

Maintenance Planner Honeywell, Metropolis, IL 2009 - 2012

Designing, Engineering, Planning, Scheduling, and Supervision of Maintenance projects.
