Helped pioneer the Door to Door sales industry. During these years I recruited, hired, developed, and launched over 50 teams of 30-40 sales professionals. Over 50% of the local door to door sales teams in Solar and Home Automation can trace their origins to my personal efforts of development. And this is documented and reliable. I also personally entered the trenches of selling and performed in the top 2% out of over 30,000 individuals. Also, I was the ﬁrst Team Leader to create over 2000 new customers in a 4 month summer. From this effort spawned an EMPIRE.
