I work with new and continuing students and faculty, staff, and management from various diploma and degree programs. I maintain and create student plans in close collaboration with the Director of Education to ensure proper counseling, resolve student issues, and communicate and receive course feedback. I manage student program progression and strategically provide students’ academic and career support, resulting in increased retention.
