Porter, detailer, 3 mechanics, mechanic supervisor, finance manager/owner, dmv lady, social media lady, secretary, 3 salesman. Taking pictures of every vehicle that landed on the property even if it was going to be moved to provide a large internet presence and choice of vehicles even if they were not stored on our lot. Working with internet sales companies like Carfox.com, Carfax.com, AutoTrader, Cars.com and local PennySaver magazine and pennysaver.com. Making sure the best vehicles are on the front line, making sure our perimeter featured the nicest vehicles and making sure the trash was in the back of the dealership. Making sure everything gets detailed the moment it is dropped off by wholesalers that used us as a parking lot. Making sure vehicles were serviced to drivability and were safe to drive. I made a service welcome center with a television sofa and snacks candles in the showroom and we played music on television or movies in order to make sure the customers would only come back to us for servicing felt comfortable if they had to wait during their purchasing experience, we also serviced the warranty we sold.
