Roles and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing the necessary interactions across multiple work streams for our construction

project providing relevant expertise within the project and coordination across the various teams for the

Project manager.

2. Representing the project where appropriate to

contractor(s), consulting companies and service

providers as appropriate to the needs of the work for all interface requirements.

3. Identifying and defining Interfaces at earliest opportunity.

4. Developing an interdependency schedule for the

interfaces.

5. Developing an interface coordinators list from

engineering, procurement, construction, transport, hook-up and any other organizations which are

required for resolution of interfaces.

6. Standardizing and coordinating procedures between contractors.

7. Initiating regular scheduled technical interface coordination meetings with appropriate participants to discuss the matrix and proposed resolutions.

8. Developing an action list within meeting notes with assigned ownership and due dates supporting the

project schedule.

9. Defining clear roles and responsibilities for each contractor to limit conflict.

10. Promoting clear communication between contractors as a key to successful project delivery.

11. Establishing communications, regularly scheduled and/or as required, to keep status/progress of

Brief: The project was divided into 12 zones which contained the establishment of roads, bridges, servicing stations, ground water tanks, elevated water tanks and underpasses under a targeted budget of 3 billion SR.

1. As a manager of zone 3 of the project, I was managing the coordination between the technical team and the construction work with leading the execution team of Zone 3 which contained the establishment of 2 major ground water tanks, 3 pump station buildings, 3

administration buildings and the needed roads using a different types of resources within the budgeted cost and the planned duration with following the quality standards.
