Maintained a loyal customer base due to deployment of “Circle of Service” messaging system along with providing consistent high levels of customer service.
Identified major deficiency with OmniTRACS product offering that caused slow US sales. Implemented the solution that corrected this major deficiency. Sales mushroomed by 250+% after this solution was added to overall offering. This catapulted this company to its market leadership position in two years with over 85% market share of a multi-billion industry. Heavy Duty Truckload fleets across North America.
Led IT team that took five disparate Dispatch/Operations systems and converted to one common Dispatch Operations system. Reduced overall IT costs by 80% due to streamlined systems. This resulted in direct cost savings of over $1.5 million per year. But most importantly it greatly increased Operational efficiencies across the entire business.
