MY SKILLS: Graduated 1968, from machine trades, and had two years of College in Business Management, later-on. I’m a steady worker, not missing work, and can work many hours, as needed. This came between the years of 1974-1997 at Hartzell Propeller, and later, at other tool shops, I can improve designs, when wrong, from air to hydraulics. I became a Professional Facilitator, through the Berkshire Group from Cleveland, Ohio. I can troubleshoot processes, and can involve others in team work. A Facilitator is about being proactive with a team and congenial in problem solving.] I made a special, unique, part for the Dornier 328 project for Hartzell Propeller. I’ve designed and built tooling and fixtures through tool making, process improvements, fixture design, die sharpening, and various mold work, injection or cast. Used fork lifts to load fixtures or dies, as needed.

I was one of ten, chosen; out of three-hundred-sixty employees, by Hartzell Propeller, in Piqua Ohio. I have worked with teams and trouble shot problems, effectively. I have, primarily worked in the tooling and production environment, but, as I’m older, I look for different changes in my life. As a Trained Facilitator, I can work with clients congenially, and am very efficient in communication, and organization, and machine work. Took assistant management at Edison State College: 1995-1996, but; right before finishing, the Voyager’s other propellers failed, and sault Hartzell Propeller’s help.

1.Work Places: Miami Industries 1969-1974, worked, learning tool making.

2.Work Places: Hartzell Propeller 1974-1997, as a top toolmaker.

5.2021 TruGreen in Vandalia, Ohio, organizing, safety, and forklift.

Last year, at TruGreen, in Vandalia, I used a fork lift and took the test, after getting 100% on the forklift test to use it. TruGreen placed another one in this position, this year, which needed to support his large family. I would like to work, and like improving our home. Working helps to keep myself physically fit and active. Can work effectively with others; teams or otherwise, and work safe. I was in Safety, for nearly, twenty years, at Hartzell Propeller; and have totaled safety work about twenty-five years, Recently I took an OSHA Forklift training, on line. I organized the TruGreen place where I worked, when it was warmer. I used the forklift, organized it much better, and much safer for everyone that worked there. TruGreen advanced five points from Corporate. My skills of communication are, again, very good for problem solving and team work. I’m one that can adapt to many jobs, through working at different jobs. I work, with humility, and developed skills. I was given special jobs; to make sure they were completed and correct. I worked one-hundred-thirty-two hours, in one week; because I’m a hard worker, and this got the Voyager propeller tooling ready, and now, have a picture of the Voyager, over the Mohave Desert. They went around the world with one fill-up of aviation fuel. This came from Dick Rutan and Jeanie Yeager; who flew the Voyager around the world…
