Summary:

My main initiative is to obtain a permanent position as a Project Coordinator, in Construction Project Management. With me, I bring 23 years of experience in supporting project managers, and high level executives up to CEO level. ; Ive played a major part in various and diverse industries ranging from pharmaceutical to mechanical contracting and most recently controls and automation. I have coordinated and assisted PM's with multi million dollar projects working with some big General Contractors such as Torcon, Structure Tone, T.N. Ward on some power hitting projects such as CHOP, Harrahs Casino Chester, U of P, PARX Casino and many more.

I played a crucial role in product development while at Bristol Myer Squibb. I worked on projects like Excedrin Migraine and Keri revitalization. Facilitated focus groups and developing marketing ideas for product launching.

In my most recent positions I added to my experience aiding clients in choosing color choices material and general design of projects. Coordinate with all the pricing, ordering and installation of each. Coordinating with Sub-Contractors that any required bonding and permits are in place per contract and Township specifications. Handling all submittals and change orders required, answered to and expedited in a timely manner. Paying attention to deadlines and overseeing that the sub contractors and vendors are on target with these deadlines.

Project Design Specialist and Coordinator

Assisted clients in choosing interior materials and placement in each project. From appliances to windows and then in making best color choices. Assisted in choosing materials such as wood grain and color for bathrooms and kitchen down to tile and flooring choices. From large industrial bldgs with multiple apartments and/or commercial retailers to student housing and some large home remodeling projects. I am presently doing some exterior projects such as decking and landscape design and materials to exterior kitchens. Other project responsibilities were placed on me at times in finding sub contractors and acquiring permits and bonding certs for each project. Price comparison for materials and adhering to strict budget restrictions. 80% of my projects came in under budget. Acquiring change order approval from clients when there were changes in a project that effected budget guidelines. Making sure that all submittals were submitted and approved in order to meet project deadlines.

I did not finish getting my Associates degree as planned. If given the right opportunity my intentions are to complete the 6 credits i have left and move forward in obtaining my Bachelors.
