Prepare schedule of the staff, accommodating special requirements of the staff members

Provide training to new staff members and review the performance of existing members

Confirm the restaurant protocols are implemented with regards to the quality of food,

cleanliness of the premises, and the sta

Manage inventory in the most cost-efficient manner

Assist management in meeting its sales forecasts while minimizing the total costs

Ensure the premises are safe always, remove any foreseeable hazards
