Worked as Engineer, Safety and Environment M/S Firoz Gandhi Unchaher Thermal Power Plant, Raebareli for power generation of 210 M.W.* 5 Unit of N.T.P.C. (MAHA RATNA COMPANY), Unchahar, Raibareli since 01/12/1992.

Nature of work is Liaison with National Safety Council (Mumbai), State Pollution Control Board (Lucknow), Central Pollution Control Board (Lucknow), Labour Commissioner Organization, Ministry of Environment and Forest, HSE legislation, audit process and E.I.A. and providing training on Health, Safety and Environment to Schools, Colleges and Surrounding bodies under CSR initiative.

Nature of work is to Deminerialize the water to run the turbine, Water Analysis at multiple stages, Coal Analysis, Oil Analysis, Maintaining Environmental parameter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To carry out daily /routine plant safety inspection and ensuring compliance of safety rules and regulations at site.

Conduct safety induction training and toolbox safety meeting for engineers, supervisors and contract workmen.

Forming safe plan for the project and work methods jobs.

Co-ordinate with the HSE Manager and the construction manager prior to undertaking internal or sub-contractor safety audits.

Attending clients and contractors HSE meeting and coordination meetings.

Updating of all documents, Monthly safety report, training and inspection report and all safety related data.
