Duties and responsibilities.

Involved in Plant maintenance, instruments troubleshooting and calibration activities for various pneumatic and electronics process control instruments like Smart Transmitter, PID controllers, Flow meters, level and Pressure Instruments,Switches etc.

Fault diagnosis and rectification for DCS system (Foxboro IA SERIES), ESD system

(ICS Triplex) and HIMA, SIEMENS, ALLEN BREADELY PLC system. And also commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of various pneumatic and electronics process control instruments and its control loops.

Worked with production operations team for plant startup and operation procedure,

(CRU, Desalter Unit, Water heater Unit, Crude Pumping Units, Effluent Water Treatment unit, Air Compressor unit etc.) also to check the startup permissive and logic checking activities for Gas turbine, Gas compressors, and utility units etc.

Involved in Electrical switchgear (LV) maintenance and troubleshooting activities. Having better knowledge to read and understand Electrical drawings in switch gear and control panel’s Logic circuit.

Reporting plant status and maintenance activities periodically to the maintenance engineer.
