Communicate with builders such a DR Horton, Hilton Head Customs, Village Park Homes, Ashwood Fine Homes, Grey Hawk, Landmark Builders, and Southern Low Country homes. Schedule appointments to assess each house individually. The information provided by case files, warranty administrators from the building companies, the homeowner and then the field service technicians findings are used to place orders, plan for drop off, installation, and inspection of new items before delivery. To create estimates for new products needed and bill the builder or installer for new inventory ordered or installation. Great written and verbal communication was used daily when speaking to customers. I also check over co-workers orders and daily work to make sure everything is running smoothly, as their work pours into mine.
