• Manage the physical/administration construction build out at client job sites.

• Project manager onsite for all assigned client portfolio.

• Review Construction Supplier and Construction sub-contractor invoices for payment.

• Partner with Facilities and internal Bloomberg/Client Stakeholders on project-based initiatives.

• Coordinate all supplier web quote and construction/ contract biding initiatives.

• Partner with Senior Bloomberg Management for implementations internal staff training and leadership addendum, subcontractor upgrades, and construction supplier education revisions.

• Managed updates to supplier and contract databases via SharePoint; SAP; Ariba; Oracle. Coordinated with IT, Finance A/P to track vendor invoices, payments and account reconciliation.

• Ensure that all contractually obligated and necessary notifications are delivered to clients within the strict contractual timelines (including service requirements, mobile devices, imaging and software restrictions, etc.)

• Proactively liaise with Clients/Vendors to ensure correct selection of time and materials within service request.

• Validate that contractual service obligations are accurately recorded in procurement/Audit systems.
