Researched, tested, and evaluated training tools such as BrightCove, Stratacache, Articulate, Captivate, EnableNOW, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite to propose content development plan based on availability, time and budget. Presented findings and final recommendation to leadership for overall training strategy.

Participated in workshops and solutioning sessions to develop requirements and learn processes while capturing change impacts to users based on personas. Determined level of difference between current and future states to evaluate the level of change impact and change resistance. This analysis determines the types of training: job aids, How-To Guides, videos, and/or instructor-led training.

Created training tracker consisting of custom automated color coding and percentage complete. The tracker was created in such a way that pivot charts could be generated to sum up a quick view for status report.
