(Ability Resources, Inc. “ARI”), a long-term care insurance company (Ability Insurance Company “AIC”), and a long- term care reinsurance company (Ability Reinsurance Company “ARC”). Directed over 150 professionals at multiple facilities. Served on the Board of Directors.

Significantly improved operational performance of ARI, AIC, and ARC by implementing a System for Managing and by reorganizing multi-site operations.

Led the successful sale of AIC and ARC.

Significantly strengthened the financial position of ARI, including transformation from unprofitable to profitable, and growing EBITDA by $10M through new sales initiatives (e.g., added offerings including software) and expense management programs (e.g., optimized procurement).
