oFor ShopCity.com: Helped launch a powerful, flexible, and intuitive all-in-one D2C franchised online marketing solution for small businesses in 100 cities.

oFor a mail-order pharmacy: Developed an innovative strategy to capture market share within a sensitive D2C healthcare segment that increased sales from $18 million to $600 million and led to an acquisition by CVS. The program included philanthropic tie-ins with community organizations.

oFor Equitrac: Built a stronger corporate story and transition from a product to a solutions message platform across and created partner programs for Xerox, Ricoh, HP, Sharp, and Canon. After doubling its sales to $120 million in five years following the rebrand, Equitrac was sold to Nuance and then acquired by Kofax.

oFor Citrix: Launched new industry solutions marketing initiatives that were important milestones for the company's growth and now generate $1+ billion annually. Updated and enhanced corporate website and marketing communications. I produced a groundbreaking branding film that increased visibility/awareness among industry/financial analysts, press, and key accounts resulting in a significant Business Week feature and a steady stream of new leads and sales.

oFor a division of Alcatel: Identified and capitalized on a unique competitive advantage that doubled revenues to $120 million and led to an acquisition.

oFor Archer Management Services: Archer was a relatively small ($10 million) company offering legal courier services to New York law firms. We helped introduce the concept of outsourcing to law firms in NY, opening a new market and paving the way for their growth into a $500 million national leader in outsourced services for law firms and acquisition by Canon.

oFor Forrest Solutions: After exiting Archer, and his non-compete, its founder turned to us again to launch a reimagined competitor to the Archer message we created. The business went from an idea on a napkin to $100 million in sales in just 36 months, leading to its acquisition by Swiss Post, a global company with 54,000 employees in 142 nations and 7 billion francs in GMV.

oFor MC&A Hawaii: Conceived and produced a film that helped the island's most prominent event producer bring the Hawaiian corporate meeting and convention experience alive on video and eliminate the physical "site inspection" roadblock in the sales cycle. The video was so impressive that a former competitor saw capabilities and the potential they had never envisioned and acquired the company.
