Communication
I have worked many jobs that have required pristine communication skills. Working as a manager you not only work with your patients and their families you work with every aspect of that team. This includes higher management, janitorial staff, laundry, food services, your direct care staff, and the families. Good communication is vital for providing the best experience possible. In many of these aspects you are working in their homes. Making it as homey as possible is extremely important. Listening is just as if not more so important. You cannot run a company without listening to your patients/clients, families, and staff. Leadership
My vast amount of management experience is very rewarding and important to the growth of myself and your company. Managers need to make their staff comfortable and productive, while ensuring what they do is in the best interest of the clients. You cannot be successful if you do not take into consideration all aspects of your team. They are your backbone. Everyone is just as important as the next person. You cannot run a successful business without all of the staff coming together. References
