I am a member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers. As a Project Manager at DIMARK, I am responsible for construction works and expansion of airports, including automation infrastructure and BHS system infrastructure around the globe. When coordinating projects, I focus on: budget control, creating schedules and network models, control of each process in terms of production, transport, and implementation of mechanical solutions, object automation as well as testing, improvement, and final handover of an airport ready for air operations.
In addition, to such a comprehensive project, which is the construction of aviation infrastructure, I have experience in projects for the Doha Metro line in Qatar and the Copenhagen Metro station in Denmark.
Immediately before the work related to the construction of airports, I led and coordinated the construction of an artificial island in the northern part of the Baltic Sea and the construction works of an extensive system for storing and transporting grain. System of conveyor belts and grain storage silos launched in 2019. This project, called Masnedo Bulk Terminal in Vordingborg, Denmark, was completed on time and with the utmost care and punctuality. During the project, I was responsible for: budget control, completion date, control over the supply chain, supervision over the work of project engineers subordinate to me, as well as safety and work culture while maintaining the highest health and safety standards. I have experience in managing concrete prefabrication plants, production of building materials, supervision and coordination of construction development investments (large-area, public utility) and the expansion of industrial and agricultural facilities, finishing works, and start-up of production lines.
I have valuable experience in cooperation with:
- a leading developer on the Polish market, MURAPOL S.A. as a representative of the company's Management Board and Contract Manager (Project Manager) of the Nowe Winogrady investment in Poznań
