southwest GA colleges & universities) and Youth Entrepreneurship Workshop Project. Assisted

Workshops. Partnered with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development

(HUD), Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, GA Department of Community Affairs, local

banks, private mortgage companies and other national/state/local nonprofits. Assisted over

200 first-time home buyers. Constructed, in partnership with Habitat for Humanity/HUD/Federal Home Loan Bank/City of Albany, 37 Houses for low-income residents after the Floods of 1994 and 1998. Secured over $3 Million in grant funds to operate the center.

● Provided, under the direction of the State of Georgia Attorney General’s Office and Board of Regents Office of Legal Affairs, legal advice to the President, faculty, staff and students

● Managed all legal affairs for the university, including responding to discovery requests, responding to requests made pursuant to the Open Records Act, contracts, intellectual property and acted as Hearing Officer for Faculty & Staff Grievance Hearings
