Handle and resolve all adjustments, corrections, lost payments, missing EOB’s and suspense accounts. Insurance follow up, appealing claims, charge entry, handling patient and insurance company calls, and receiving payments from patients over the phone, etc...
Educate and train team members and new employees, answer any questions from the team, oversees work distribution and ensure work is completed according to the company’s policy for month end.
Reporting, balance daily deposits with the bank, collecting EOB’s from payer websites, EFT payments, patient payments and imported payments. Credit card processing, scanning all payments and EOB’s into our system and responsible for setting up user access for payer websites.

Event’s I participated in with Physician Office Partners were rewarding for myself and my family along with the charity we were working with.
July 2007: Osawatomie, KS - Flood Relief
Gathered donations along with money raised and delivered them to the First Baptist Church.
May 2011: Joplin, MO - Tornado Relief
Gathered donations of supplies, clothing, food, water, aspirin, Tylenol, ointments, and $500. We then drove the donations to Joplin, and then helped with clearing out residential homes from debris and was able to save many personal items for the owners.
December 2016: Giving the Basics – Dignity Drive
We filled 4 barrels of supplies that cannot be purchased with food stamps.
April 2017: Harvesters – Take Your Can to Work Day
We collected 2,889 cans of food and raised $660 dollars.
July 2017: KVC – School Supply Drive
We donated 3,298 points work of school supplies (at about $1 per point) along with lunch boxes and 200 supply filled backpacks.
September 2017: Heart to Heart International – Hurricane Relief
We collectively raised $3,217 for hurricane relief efforts
December 2018: Soldier’s Angels
We cut, sewed and trimmed 100 stocking for deployed service members and veterans.

I am a wife (to Aron) and mother of two sons & one step-daughter. Raleigh (14), Tyler (11 ), Haley (13).
We like to take road-trips, go to the movies, concerts, Chiefs and Royals games, target shooting, hiking, paintballing, and whatever sport Tyler is playing (mostly football).
