I manage short-term cash positions and exposure in more than 15 currencies based on VW Group guidelines. I frequently liaison with various treasury teams both internal – Accounting, Front office, Back office, Risk & Liquidity Management and more, as well as external – various VW brands and external banks. Following are some of my achievements:
o Initiated and successfully led the efficiency project within the In-House bank department to obtain operational synergies.
o Brought structure to the recurring team meetings and also lead them. Put in place other function-specific meetings and documentations for effective team work.
