Handling employee’s grievances related to salary, Overtime, leaves etc.
All EPFO online work, Generating monthly challan and payment, Generating New UAN, Uploading KYC of new employees in EPFO portal monthly, Approve KYC with DS (Digital Signature) in EPFO portal, Update missing details of employees in UAN, Withdrawal of EPFO Claims, online transfer claim of employees.
All ESIC online work, e-card to new employees,
Time office reports, employee’s IN and OUT time reports, early departure and late coming Preparing Leaves Report, pending leaves, approved leaves, and balance leaves.
Handling queries of employee-related to payroll / Overtime etc…
