[I am a registered Mechanical Engineer and a Management Consultant. I worked for the NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation), Nigeria where I grew up to a Management level.

While in NNPC, I attended several international and local Engineering and Maintenance courses, and many on- the-job training programs.

Also, while in NNPC, I worked in many departments notably, Maintenance department, SCMD - Supply chain management department and TQM - Total quality management department. I also served in many Process improvement Engineering and Maintenance projects in WRPC, as well as at NNPC Corporate level, details of which are shown in the body of the Curriculum Vitae. I ensured good storage and preservation of the Company’s materials in the Warehouse thereby saving a lot of cost.

I ensured prompt issuance of materials to end users for plant maintenance, laboratory and other diverse purposes.

I carried out the coordination of the three Warehouses in line with SAP guidelines. I achieved procurement, installation and commissioning of a new 4.5kg dynamic RDI balancing machine in the machine tools workshop.

I achieved procurement, installation and commissioning of a new Barbee universal valve-testing machine in the Pneumatic workshop.

I achieved procurement, installation and commissioning of a new Water and Steam Sampling Analyzer System each for Boilers 1 & 2 and HRSGs 1& 2 in the Power Plant and Utilities department By the provision of the above equipment a lot of funds was saved for the Company. Also, a lot of expertise and skill in the use of the special equipment was gained by the staff]

I carried out machining of needed spare parts and components for the maintenance of various equipment in the plants.

I carried out rewinding and overhauling of several faulty electric motors for the plants. I carried out maintenance of various Analyizers in the plants. I carried out the maintenance of the fleet of the Companies vehicles. I carried out various modifications of the Crude Oil receipt lines, Fuel oil/condensate lines in the Waste Water Treatment Unit, in readiness for the Process plants’ re-streaming of 2008’ I promptly restored Electric Power to the Jetty operations through the timely maintenance of the Diesel generating sets and it’s installation following the vandalization of the Power Cables supplying electric power to the Jetty.

I carried out the timely and regular Maintenance of the Marine Product Loading arms, product pumps and other facilities at the Jetty.

I carried out the timely and regular Maintenance of the Truck Loading arms, product pumps and their accessories at the Truck loading bay.

I carried out the timely and regular Maintenance of the Fire Fighting Equipment and their accessories in the offsite area.

I carried out the timely and regular Maintenance of the product Tank Farm Tanks, fixed and floating Roofs and their accessories and the product pumps.]

[Mechanical Lead, Jetty Rehabilitation Project] [Sept., 1997 – Oct. 2001]

[I served as the Mechanical Lead on the WRPC Jetty Rehabilitation Project. The Project was an EPCC – Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning one. We carried out FEED – Front End Engineering Design, Basic Engineering Design, Detailed Engineering Design, FAT– Factory Acceptance Tests and Construction work for the Project to successfully deliver the Project. The FEED took place in WRPC, Nigeria while the Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering Designs were carried out in Bucharest, Romania.

The FAT was done in Newark, England.
